AMRAP in 20 min 5 Pull ups, Muscle ups would be better 10 Wall Ball 10-20 pound ball 15 kettlebell swings  

5 x 25′ rope climbs 20 push-ups 20 sit-ups 10 pull ups repeat 5 times

10 handstand pushups 10 air squats, jump onto 24 box (with weight) repeat 5 times

Do your burpees in the following rep counts for 19 sets: 1-2-3-4-5-6-7-8-9-10-9-8-7-6-5-4-3-2-1 100 burpees. No rocket science. No expensive gear.
